By accessing or using the EthicVault website (ethicvaults.com), interactive demo, or any associated services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including individuals who submit information through the Enterprise Waitlist or any contact form.
Description of Service
EthicVault provides information about its AI governance platform, including the Resonance Engine and Friction Gate technology, via this website. The website includes:
- Marketing and informational content describing the platform
- An interactive client-side demonstration of the Friction Gate concept
- An Enterprise Access waitlist and contact form
- Legal and policy documentation
Access to the production Resonance Engine platform is governed by separate enterprise agreements entered into directly with EthicVault.
Intellectual Property
The Service and all content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, code, architecture diagrams, brand marks, and the Friction Gate interactive demo — are owned by EthicVault and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
The Friction Gate architecture and Resonance Engine methods are the subject of one or more pending United States patent applications. See the Patent Pending Notice for full details.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express prior written consent.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Service
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- Impersonate EthicVault or any person or entity
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information without consent
- Use automated bots or scrapers against the website without written permission
- Reproduce the Friction Gate or Resonance Engine architecture in a competing product
No Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ETHICVAULT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The interactive demo is a client-side simulation intended for illustrative purposes only and does not represent the performance characteristics of the production platform.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ETHICVAULT, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and failing that, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
