U.S. Patent Pending Notice

The Friction Gate architecture, Resonance Engine execution layer, and associated deterministic AI governance methods described on this website are the subject of one or more pending United States patent applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

This includes, without limitation, the method of intercepting AI-generated actions at the execution layer, performing deterministic policy classification, issuing cryptographically signed governance decisions, and writing tamper-evident audit records in real time.

Patent Pending — Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of the methods and systems described herein without express written consent of EthicVault is prohibited and may constitute patent infringement upon issuance.

By submitting your information through the Enterprise Waitlist or any contact form on this site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We collect only what is necessary to respond to your enquiry or process your access request:

  • Company name and role — to evaluate enterprise fit
  • Message content — submitted via the contact or waitlist form

All data submitted through forms on this site is transmitted over TLS 1.3. We apply the same security principles to our own data handling that we build into our product — least-privilege access, no unnecessary retention, and no third-party data brokers.
